Lembah Sari CSR Project With Pusat Jagaan Chahaya
In a heartwarming display of compassion and community spirit, on 26th October 2023, Lembah Sari undertook a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project aimed at spreading joy and hope to the lives of the less fortunate. This project centered around a donation to Pusat Jagaan Chahaya, an orphanage home in Kuantan, Pahang, reflecting the organization’s commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
As the team arrived, they were greeted by Pusat Jagaan Chahaya’s representative, Encik Nurhasanin, and the children with radiant smiles and open arms. The children were excited and friendly with all the employees of Lembah Sari. Some of them introduced themselves and initiated conversations while exchanging jokes and riddles with us.
The highlight of the day was the donation ceremony, Lembah Sari presented a range of essential supplies including nutritious food supplies, beverages, and self-care supplies. A monetary donation amounting to RM 5,000 was also given to the home in the form of a mock-up cheque. Additionally, Lembah Sari also provided some gifts for the fellow caretakers and the children.
The day was not only about material or monetary provisions but also about creating warm and unforgettable memories. The team organized a lunch session together with the caretakers and children where employees of Lembah Sari had the opportunity to interact and bond with the children. The event not only touched the lives of the children but also left an indelible mark on Lembah Sari’s team.

Lembah Sari CSR Green Project With Zoo Negara Malaysia
Lembah Sari Sdn Bhd organised its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme at Zoo Negara Malaysia (Zoo Negara) on 20th June, 2023 with the ‘Green Project’ initiatives to show its support towards the environment. With a variety of activities to beautify the Zoo, helping the Zoo keepers with cleaning as well as food preparation and animal feeding. Besides creating awareness with regard to wildlife and its nature, as well as empowering our staff to do good and restoring the balance between employees and nature by getting involved in various volunteer and socially responsible projects and programmes.
More than 20 staff participated in the activities such as cleaning and washing the animals’ pens in the Children’s World section, raking, sweeping, and cutting over 30kgs of fruits and vegetables for animal feed. Our staff also had the opportunity to go into the primate’s cage to place the prepared food themselves.
Lembah Sari is indeed committed in supporting non-governmental organisations such as Zoo Negara through various causes in order to further demonstrate to us, Lembah Sari’s staff as caring corporate citizens
Our day ended with a warm introduction to Zoo Negara Deputy President, Encik Rosly Rahmat Ahmat Lana by Zoo Negara Public Relations. The outing and programme were indeed a memorable occasion for all staff and we are absolutely delighted to lend a helping hand in giving back to the society at large and we look forward to continuing similar initiatives.
Through Festive Gatherings, Lembah Sari Aims to Foster A Positive Spirit And Strengthen The Bond Among Our Hardworking Staffs
Bonding and hospitality are integral parts of workplace culture, and Lembah Sari wishes to reinforce this positive outlook among our hardworking personnel members with our Hari Raya Aidilfitri ceremony. Ceremoniously held on the 18th of May 2023, Lembah Sari staff were invited over to the Operations Centre dressed in their best Hari Raya attire fitting for the event.
Our General Manager, Encik Shukri Bin A. Aziz, provided us with his opening speech, welcoming our personnel and guests of honour. He gave words of motivation for the festivities and congratulated the staff for their hard work throughout the year.
Lembah Sari Upholds Its Integrity And Responsibility By Signing The Integrity Pledge
By organising our annual Integrity Pledge ceremony on the 31st of January 2023 at our Operation Centre, Lembah Sari has reinforced our continued commitment to high integrity and reaffirmed our stance and views against corrupt practises while instilling good governance, reducing wastage, and eliminating the abuse of power.
Nothing is more valuable in the field of security and confidentiality than an organisation’s and its workers’ integrity, as well as their awareness of the importance of integrity as a core value. Here at Lembah Sari, we have built a reputation for ourselves by ‘Creating Confidence, Building Trust’.
The Integrity Pledge ceremony was conducted, involving all levels of Lembah Sari’s staff, in the presence of our honourable Chairman, Dato’ Haris Onn, to witness the pledge, followed by the signing ceremony.
Our General Manager, Encik Shukri Bin A. Aziz, reiterated in his welcome speech the importance of integrity as a core value of our business. He also emphasised continuous commitment, integrity, and discipline from all Lembah Sari staff in executing their tasks and carrying out their respective roles in this company.
